Fire-Lined Barrier | A 2-inch layered steel and fire-resistive insulation barrier designed to provide balanced resistance to pry attacks and heat exposure. Its construction slows conductive and radiant heat transfer, supporting a 60-minute fire rating while maintaining a lighter overall structure suitable for residential installations.
9K-Composite Barrier | A reinforced 3-inch composite barrier engineered from multiple high-density materials bonded under pressure. This increased thickness improves rigidity and distributes mechanical force across the core, enhancing resistance to cutting, prying, and thermal deformation. Its composite layering supports a 90-minute fire rating while providing significantly higher structural integrity than typical residential vault door.
PolyCeramic Barrier | A 4-inch proprietary barrier, adapted directly from our UL TL-30x6 safe. This thickness allows the PolyCeramic system to dissipate heat rapidly and resist concentrated tool attacks such as drilling, grinding, and cutting wheels. The result is an advanced, lightweight, and highly tool-resistant barrier that outperforms traditional concrete or aggregate-filled vault door constructions.
